Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations received in writing before 1st November 2012 will be subject to a service charge of £125. The fullconference fees remain payable on and after 1st November 2012. Substitutions are welcome at any time. It may be necessary for reasons beyond the control of the organiser to alter the content and timing of the programme or the identity of the speakers. This contract is subject to English Law.
